Dwoje przedstawicieli szkoły: Malwin z klasy 4TAB (technik analityk) i Klaudia z klasy 4TC (technik grafiki i poligrafii cyfrowej) uczestniczyli w spotkaniu Erasmus+ Mobility of young people (C)ommunities (OV)ercom(I)ng (D)epression, które odbyło się w dniach 4-12 listopada w Eindhoven w Holandii.
The mobility will host 32 young people from the Netherlands, Turkey, Czechia, Poland, Austria and Luxembourg. Mobility aims to equip young people in stress management, well-being, and mindfulness to avoid depression by using non-formal education methods. The project is compatible with EU Youth Strategy 21-27: Mental Health and Well-being, promoting mental health, sport, physical activity, and healthy lifestyles and preventing and treating injury, eating disorders, addictions, and substance abuse.
